Train the Trainer workshop teaches setting objectives, creating content, using methods/aids, facilitating, managing issues, and evaluation.

INTRODUCTION
This 1-day Train the Trainer (TTT) workshop will provide the seekers the knowledge and skills required in developing adult learning objectives, developing training contents, selecting right training methods, using the appropriate training aids, knowing basic facilitating skills, managing problematic situations and evaluating training effectiveness.
Purpose: To equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively deliver training programs to others.
Focus: On training methodologies, instructional design, communication techniques, and facilitation skills.
Outcome: Trainers who can create and conduct engaging and impactful training sessions.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
To enhance knowledge and skills in the following areas:

To understand and apply adult learning objectives successfully.

To understand and develop training contents based on subject and prepared lesson plans.

To know and select the correct methods of training for maximum knowledge transfer.

On The Job Training - Know all about Pre-OJT and OJT Trainings.

OJT Trainings - Plan and develop a structured and practical training session

Deliver effective and impactful experiential training sessions to the employees.

Conduct workplace assessment to evaluate training effectiveness for future improvements.

WORKSHOP METHODOLOGY

Participants will be involved in 60% theory and 40% hands-on practices and group discussions.

Presentations and techniques of participants will be demonstrated, assessed and commented on by the trainer.

Pre and Post tests plus course evaluation shall form the measurable. Trainer's coaching and feedback forms the major crust in this TTT training and learning.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE
Calibration is a key component in all systems where instruments are used to collect measurements for the purpose of assessing the reliability and capability of manufacturing operations, testing products against specification in laboratories, and determining compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
The accuracy of such measurements is dependent on regular calibration of the measuring instruments. The calibration requirements in standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
By attending this training, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of calibration principles, methods, and best practices. They will be equipped to effectively implement calibration programs within their organizations, leading to improved measurement accuracy, product quality, and overall operational efficiency.

METHODOLOGY
For all F2F - Participants will be involved in 60% briefing and training in concepts and theory. Remaining 30% will be group and team discussions, guidance, coaching, provide feedback and 10% shall be selected by video presentation on best practices.
